Powered by e3 is a licensing and servicing platform created by e3storage, LLC to allow enterprising car enthusiasts to create their own e3storage ‘branded’ location.
Who does what?
You “the operator” provide a location (we can assist with selection and configuration). You own your location, its not a franchise, you license and leverage the e3 name and market presence as well as accessing the proven >12 years of operating expertise of the e3 team.
We help get it off the ground and help with back-end servicing so you can enjoy the hobby and your own storage and DIY facility, not get mired in running the business.
e3storage is paid a licensing fee for you to use the e3storage name and resources and an ongoing servicing fee per member for providing the back-end processing and ongoing support for you and your location.
Does it work?
All e3storage branded locations to-date are at or near capacity and we have several more locations in various stages of implementation.
We are careful not to flood the market, so we don’t plan to have an e3 on every street corner. We want locations close to homes that are limited in garage space and have a need. Some rural locations may not be the best fit where residents can put their extra cars or trailers on their own property. ‘HOA’ is our favorite acronym!
The e3storage team has provided support in space selection, configuration, surveillance, access control, online scheduling, website and Facebook exposure, local event promotion, contact management, copyrighted membership agreements and T&Cs as well as assisting with set-up, acquisition of recommended parts, tools and lifts, and payment processing.
