e3storage Outrun Garage opened on November 1, 2025 as the upstate’s first and only DIY garage and storage facility, located in South Greenville, near Michelin and the Donaldson center. We joined the e3 family in 2024 and are the largest location to date with 30,000 square feet of space.
We offer open concept automotive storage with a mechanics DIY workshop. We have all of the e3storage amenities that our Members know and love.

Location
e3storage Outrun Garage in Greenville, SC is close to Donaldson Center, just North of I-185 and east of Augusta Road. We keep our exact address undisclosed for the security of our members’ vehicles.
About the owners
The founders of e3Storage Outrun Garage in Greenville, Casey and Andrea have been around cars their whole lives.
Casey grew up in NJ and was raised by mechanics, truck drivers, and racers. Active in both the NJ and SC car communities, Casey has a diverse history of vehicles, from imports to Mopar muscle to autobahn missiles and was one of the few people who bought a Kia Stinger. Twice. The first vehicle in E3 Storage Greenville was his former-daily-now-project Supercharged V8 Jaaaag. He has a passion for strange vehicles that move quickly and cars that have too many buttons for their own good. He will never skip a look back at a wagon or anything wiiiiiiide body.
Andrea grew up in Tucson, AZ and spent her childhood in all her parent’s shops. Her father built handicap accessible vehicles for 40 years to ensure everyone had access to the freedom a vehicle brings. Her mother was an automotive painter and airbrusher. Her step father is a heavy diesel mechanic.They handed their creativity and passions down to her, which are rooted in West Coast car culture – lowriders, mini trucks, JDMs. She was born with the “I can do that” gene which makes DIY a normal part of her everyday life.
In late 2023, they set out to open a facility that would provide safe storage and shop space to members of the car community in the SC upstate who did not have a place for themselves. A chance meeting with the team at e3Storage kicked off the partnership that formed the e3Storage Outrun Garage in Greenville site.
