e3storage (“e3storage,” “we,” “us”) operates this marketing website and its tour, information, contact, and franchise inquiry forms. This draft explains what those surfaces collect, how submissions are routed, how measurement works, and the choices available to visitors.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, club or market of interest, timing, referral source, vehicle-storage needs, requested tour time, and the message you choose to provide.
Privacy-safe site measurement
We use first-party measurement to count page views, booking starts and completions, form submissions and completions, and “request a call” clicks. Analytics records contain only the event category, page path, club, form category, and timestamp. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, IP addresses, user-agent strings, full URLs, and query strings are not stored in analytics events. This measurement does not set an analytics cookie or create an advertising profile.
Our infrastructure providers necessarily process ordinary request information to deliver and secure the site. The preview passphrase uses browser session storage only to remember access during the current browser session.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, arrange tours, and provide requested club or membership information.
- Route location-specific inquiries to the relevant club inbox and general or franchise inquiries to the appropriate corporate inbox.
- Measure whether the new website captures inquiries at least as effectively as the prior website.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not use inquiry data for third-party behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers and disclosure
The preview site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, first-party event storage, and durable inquiry storage. It uses Google Workspace and, where configured, Resend to deliver inquiries to E3 and location inboxes. Providers process information only to deliver these functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect people, property, or the service.
4. Retention
Privacy-safe analytics events are automatically deleted after 400 days. The proposed inquiry-retention period is 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation. E3 counsel must approve or revise that proposed inquiry period before production cutover.
5. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Send a request to info@e3storage.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
6. Security
We use access controls, secret management outside source control, validation, rate limiting, and limited data collection. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
