Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the e3storage marketing website, including its tour, information, contact, and franchise inquiry surfaces (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about participating e3storage clubs and opportunities to request follow-up. Site content, availability, amenities, and operating details may change. A form submission or requested tour time is not confirmed until the applicable club responds.
2. Membership and location agreements
Use of a facility, membership, storage, workspace, equipment, billing, access, and cancellation are governed by the separate agreement presented by the applicable location. If these Terms conflict with a signed location agreement, the signed location agreement controls for that service.
3. Accurate submissions
You agree to provide accurate information, use an email address or phone number you are authorized to use, and avoid submitting confidential, unlawful, or unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, overwhelm forms or APIs, impersonate another person, scrape the Site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the Site unlawfully.
5. Franchise inquiries
Information about owning an e3storage club is preliminary and does not constitute an offer, earnings representation, regulated offering document, or promise of territory, financing, approval, or commercial results. Any opportunity is subject to separate diligence and definitive written agreements.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, e3storage name and marks, designs, photographs, and original content are owned by e3storage or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Site for personal, informational purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to social networks, calendars, maps, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and e3storage does not control their availability or content.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every requested time, amenity, or location detail will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, e3storage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. E3 counsel must approve or revise this limitation and any applicable cap before production publication.
10. Governing law and disputes
The governing-law, venue, and dispute provisions remain subject to E3 counsel confirmation. A location-specific signed agreement may contain controlling terms for that membership or facility.
